Terms and Conditions

1. What these terms cover

These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone who visits or uses the public parts of kazily — the marketing website, agency job boards hosted on kazily, job application forms, and the demo previews. (If your agency has a kazily subscription, the Terms of Service govern that subscription.)

2. For job seekers

• Your application is real or don't send it. Provide accurate information; false statements may disqualify you.
• Applying is free. No genuine recruiter on kazily will ever ask you to pay to apply, interview, or be placed. If anyone does, report it to ops@kazily.africa immediately.
• Feedback promise. Agencies on kazily commit to our feedback policy — positive progress updates within 24 hours and regret feedback within 48 hours of a stage decision. If an agency goes silent, tell us.
• Your data. Handled per the Privacy Policy; background checks only with your signed consent.
• No guarantee of placement. kazily is the software; hiring decisions belong to the agency and its clients.

3. For website visitors

• Content on this site (text, design, the kazily logo and marks) is the property of GRSL Recruitment Ltd — don't reuse it without permission.
• Don't scrape the site or job boards, attempt to break authentication, or interfere with the service.
• Demo data shown in previews (candidate names, companies, figures) is fictional and for illustration only.

4. Job postings

Job listings on kazily-hosted boards are posted by the subscribing agency, which is solely responsible for their accuracy and lawfulness. We may remove postings that are discriminatory, fraudulent, or unlawful under Kenyan law — including anything contrary to the Employment Act, 2007 or the Data Protection Act, 2019.

5. API and integrations

Use of the open kazily API is subject to fair-use rate limits and these conditions: attribute data to its source agency, don't republish candidate data, and revoke-compromised keys immediately via ops@kazily.africa.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page 14 days before taking effect, with the "last updated" date above. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
