← Back to kazilyThis Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the kazily Terms of Service. For candidate data processed in your workspace: the Agency is the Data Controller; GRSL Recruitment Ltd is the Data Processor, processing only on your documented instructions. Both parties are registered with the ODPC as required by the Data Protection (Registration of Data Controllers and Data Processors) Regulations, 2021.
